Do I need to manage the workers at my home during this process?
Not at all! That is one of the many wonderful things about Simply Sold. You do not have to manage our ser-vices. We are in constant communication with our vendors and are aware of all things going on at your home at all times. Simply Sold is designed to make this process a walk in the park for you. Sit back, relax, and kick your feet up while we take care of your home.
How do I get started?
We are one simple phone call or email away. Although strive to communicate to you within a much shorter time frame, we will always get to you within 24 hours. We realize that these projects are often under a quick timeline, so we like to conduct the initial walk-through as quickly as possible.
How often will the project manager be around my house?
A Simply Sold team member will check on your home once per day while work is taking place. This daily walk through consists of our team member checking on work that is being completed and taking pictures of the progress. Generally, daily visits take 30-45 minutes.
How will I know when a worker will be at my house?
We will handle all of the scheduling. You will not have worry about who will be in your home and when, as we will take care of all of the details and communicate them to you.
What should I do with my pets?
With your pet’s best interest in mind, it is recommended that all pets be placed in crates, kept at a friend’s/family member’s house, or boarded while we are working the home. Depending on the work being done in your home, there could be wet paint, wet grout, exposed wiring and other materials that may be hazardous to pets if they get into them. There is also the possibility of doors being left open during painting and moving. Please take this seriously, as we will not be liable if anything should happen to your pets.
